At project for Zvijezda plus d.o.o., we are carrying out a comprehensive reconstruction of the warehouse, because the warehouse needs renovation due to its dilapidation and outdated infrastructure. We have planned the project and are implementing it in accordance with all standards, taking into account all the requirements and wishes of the client.
The renovation of the warehouse is designed comprehensively – from the initial conceptual design to the final implementation, whereby we take care of:
- Investment assessment – comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the project and cost optimization
- Preparation of a timeline – precisely defined deadlines to ensure a timely and organized course of work.
- Selection of suitable contractors – cooperation with trusted partners who ensure the quality performance of all works.
- Restoration works – removal of worn-out elements, renovation of floors, walls, ceilings.
- Space optimization – reinstallation and rational arrangement of storage elements for better utilization and functionality.
- Modernization of infrastructure – implementation of modern storage systems, improved lighting, security measures and energy efficiency.
We are completing a project aimed at improving the efficiency of warehouse processes, increasing inventory transparency and creating better working conditions.
